Biography

Cody Osten Griffin was born in Springfield, Massachusetts into a Real Estate Developing family.

From a young age, Cody started skateboarding and ended up being the 9th best skateboarder under 12 years old in the world by winning 3rd place in his class at the King of the Groms world championships in Woodward, Pennsylvania, aired on Fuel TV. Then competing in competitions aired on NBC. After taking a break from competition, he founded SOLVE Skateboards. In his teens, he started photography because of taking photos and videos of skateboarding. He founded Griffin Digital Image and took photos and videos for celebrities and corporations. He ventured into producing television commercials and produced 21 commercials for different businesses, including Kringle Candle Company. From there, he started real estate photography and soon founded Proper-T Pro, quickly becoming the #1 real estate marketer in Western Massachusetts and Central Connecticut. After selling the business in 2021, he retired from labor based work and started a cryptocurrency hedge fund which expanded into creating advanced trading bots which have given higher returns in one month than the entire stock market has ever done in one year. With the new free time, and the decline of his fathers health, while visiting his father at the hospital he decided it was time to start building houses. A feat he has wanted to do from a young age. He founded East Homes within months. With all the free time without having labor based work, and with the AI boom, he launched multiple AI websites, which are currently under construction. Cody is a car collector and a fashionisto. Buying his first Lamborghini at the age of 23, with his most passionate goal being to buy his Ferrari Enzo someday. He has not done all of this alone, he has always had his little fuzzy yellow best friend with him.
